Qualifications

• Must be customer-oriented and self-motivated
• 1–2 years automotive parts experience
• Must be computer literate
• High School Diploma or GED
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays
• Must have a valid driver's license with few to no points on driving record

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and bill all parts
• Maintain proper storage of parts
• Stock shelves
• Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones
• Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping
• Pick-up and delivery of parts
• Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean
• Maintain a superior level of customer service
• Other duties as directed by management
