GPC is seeking a NAPA Counter Sales Associate to serve as the face of the store, helping customers with auto parts questions in person or by phone. You will use your parts knowledge to assist team members and ensure a positive, high-energy shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Enjoy helping customers with auto parts questions and requests.
• Experience in automotive industry or tinkering with cars/trucks is a plus.
• Willingness to learn all things automotive if lacking background.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers at the counter or over the phone.
• Assist team members with customer questions using parts knowledge.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and positive in-store experiences.
• Maintain high energy in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Operate the computer, cash register, phone, and catalog system.
