Preston Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counterperson to assist both retail and internal customers within the Parts Department. Responsibilities include front and back counter sales, wholesale orders, inventory management, and coordinating with service departments.

The role emphasizes accurate bin location, order posting, and collaboration with external facilities to drive wholesale business and warranty processes. Training is provided as part of the growth culture.

Responsibilities

• Front and back counter parts sales to retail and internal customers.
• Wholesale parts sales when applicable.
• Place stock orders as needed and maintain accurate inventory.
• Ensure all parts have designated bin locations and are accounted for.
• Receive and post incoming parts orders; handle warranty returns.
• Ship and receive duties as needed; generate warranty scrap reports.
• Contact outside repair facilities to generate wholesale business.
• Assist Service department as needed.
