Preston Automotive Group in Keller, VA is seeking a Parts Counterperson to assist customers in the Parts Department while adhering to dealership standards. Responsibilities include front/back counter sales, wholesale orders, inventory control, orders receipt, warranty processing, and coordinating with service and external facilities.

The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining accurate stock, and supporting the service department.

Responsabilités

• Front and Back Counter Parts Sales
• Wholesale Parts Sales
• Placing stock orders when needed
• Maintaining accurate parts inventory
• Ensuring all parts are accounted for and have a designated bin location
• Receive and post incoming parts orders
• Shipment and handling of warranty requested parts returns
• Shipping and receiving duties as needed
• Generating & processing warranty scrap reports
• Bin counts as needed
• Contacting outside repair facilities/body shops to generate wholesale business
• Assisting Service department in any way deemed necessary
