Responsibilities

• Front and back counter parts sales to retail and wholesale customers.

• Process incoming parts orders and warranty-related returns.
• Assist service department and coordinate with outside repair facilities.
• Support shipping, receiving and stock replenishment as needed.
• Generate and process warranty scrap reports and bin counts as required.
