Horne Kia in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a full-time Parts Counter Person to support our service team. You will order, receive, bill, and stock parts while assisting retail customers and technicians and answering phones. A flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-oriented and self-motivated.
• 1–2 years of automotive parts experience required.
• Must be computer literate.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Order, receive, and bill all parts.
• Maintain proper storage of parts.
• Stock shelves.
• Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones.
• Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
• Pick-up and delivery of parts.
• Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean.
• Maintain a superior level of customer service.
• Other duties as directed by management.
