You will ensure timely delivery of parts and provide high-level service to both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of auto parts sales experience.
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to calculate figures including discounts and volumes.
• Knowledge of parts and automotive systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Willing to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Explain part status and availability to customers.
• Read and reference the parts catalog for lookup.
• Answer phone calls, provide quotes, and information to customers.
• Deliver high-level service to internal and external customers.
• Bill internal requests for parts on service repair orders.
• Receive payments or obtain credit approval.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
