The Genuine Parts Company (NAPA Store) Store Pro role serves as the primary contact for customers in the retail store, delivering high-quality automotive parts solutions and supporting both retail and wholesale customers. You will leverage product knowledge to enhance store performance and customer engagement.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn automotive parts systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and prepare orders for customers/drivers.
• Contribute to store operations and merchandising efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement of store processes.
