Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership parts experience.
• Experience with CDK Drive is a strong plus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the parts sales process from inquiry to final delivery for retail and internal service clients.
• Collaborate with the Parts Manager to locate, track, and source out-of-stock items.
• Manage special order requests and keep customers updated on order statuses.
• Deliver prompt, professional communication across all dealership departments.
