Qualifications

• Kia experience is a plus and may help in parts sourcing.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and distribute parts for service technicians and retail customers.
• Provide accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and vehicle compatibility.
• Process parts orders efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with the service department to support timely repairs.
• Handle manufacturer and core returns as needed.
• Maintain organized inventory and proper labeling.
