Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and distribute parts for technicians and retail counter customers.
• Provide accurate information regarding parts availability, pricing, and vehicle compatibility.
• Process parts orders efficiently and accurately.
• Work closely with the service department to support timely repairs.
• Process manufacturer returns and core returns as required.
• Organize, stock, and maintain parts inventory to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, labeling, and organization.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill internal and external customer needs.
• Assist customers with purchases, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department workspace.
