Job summary

Bentley Sarasota, part of the Dimmitt Automotive Group, is recruiting for a Parts Counter Associate to support the new Aftersales Center.

You will provide fast, courteous service to retail customers, price and list parts, and relay special-order details to the inventory clerk. Collaborate with service teams and maintain catalogs and catalogs.

Qualifications

• Prior dealership experience preferred; Bentley, Volvo, Volkswagen or Audi.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with CDK Drive applications a plus.
• Working knowledge of the industry.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Highly professional and dependable.

Responsibilities
