Bentley Sarasota, part of the Dimmitt Automotive Group, is seeking a Parts Clerk for our Sarasota Aftersales Center. You will provide fast, courteous service to retail customers and help technicians by accurately listing, pricing, and processing parts orders.

Expect responsibilities including inventory coordination, special-order management, and maintaining catalogs and price schedules. Strong communication and professional demeanor are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior dealership experience preferred; Bentley, Volvo, Volkswagen or Audi
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with CDK Drive applications a plus
• Working knowledge of the industry
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Highly professional and dependable

Responsabilités

• Provides fast and courteous service to retail customers
• Lists and prices out parts on counter tickets
• Provides the necessary information for special orders to the inventory control clerk if a part is not in stock
• Maintains records of all special order parts and notifies the customer who made the order
• Participates in conducting a perpetual inventory
• Helps maintain parts catalogs, price schedules, and other technical information and bulletins
• Cooperates with service and collision center technicians in supplying the parts they need
