Columbia CDJR is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in automotive parts and enjoy fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities include assisting service technicians and retail customers, maintaining inventory, processing orders, and delivering outstanding customer service in person and over the phone. Prior CDJR parts experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license and strong teamwork are required for success.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience required.
• CDJR parts experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs is a plus.

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments.
• Process special orders and communicate order status with customers and technicians.

• Keep the parts department organized, clean, and operating efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
