Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for our Automotive Finishes location in Lewisville, TX. You will interact with customers, determine needs, and recommend products while processing orders and handling loading tasks.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with responsibilities including opening/closing duties and occasional bank deposits as needed. Prior customer service and forklift experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 70 lbs.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours.
• At least one year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup and ensure safe handling.
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and organize stockroom.
• Follow quality service standards and store procedures.
• Participate in inventory procedures and bi-annual reviews.
• Support promotions and sales initiatives as needed.
• Keyholder duties may include opening/closing and nightly deposits.
