Painters Supply & Equipment Co. is seeking an Account Manager to maintain sales revenues and customer relationships within an assigned book of existing automotive paint customers. You will coordinate with Territory Managers, document CRM notes, and ensure customers receive value from PB&E products and services.

The role emphasizes strong communication, industry knowledge in automotive refinish, and ongoing account support to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in customer account support.
• BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls and presentations to existing customers.
• Maintain account service plans and CRM notes for assigned customers.
• Coordinate with Territory Managers and support revenue retention.
• Attend sales meetings and prepare proposals, forecasts, and plans.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and effective relationship management.
