Job Description

MSX International is seeking an Operations Specialist responsible for the professional delivery, installation, and sustainment of MSX International Express Service solutions. The Operations Specialist acts as the lead liaison with the FCSD Zone Manager.

What Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with assigned dealers, attend regional FCSD meetings quarterly, support launch and performance planning, and implement plans to meet regional objectives.
  2. Participate in Annual Business Plan Meetings.
  3. Create and execute Quick Lane Action Plans.
  4. Conduct Repair Order Analysis as needed.
  5. Develop Quarterly Marketing Plans and monitor adherence.
  6. Schedule Quarterly Quick Lane Sales Events.
  7. Ensure Quick Lane POS materials are current and properly displayed.
  8. Collaborate with Quick Lane Manager on competitive ad and price surveys.
  9. Review and approve Co-op claims.
  10. Work on Search Engine Optimization and landing page claiming for Quick Lane.
  11. Monitor and motivate Quick Lane contests and incentives.
  12. Manage tire sales processes, including creating Tire Screens, assisting with TIM Tool setup, conducting inventory reviews, establishing product lineups, and maintaining displays and pricing.
  13. Conduct on-site training, ensuring completion of all required courses such as STARS, VCU, RIM, and sales skills.
  14. Perform operational reviews during visits, including KPI assessments, workflow analysis, and skill evaluations.
  15. Provide visit summaries to Dealers, District Managers, and FCSD Region.
  16. Complete administrative tasks promptly and run Quick Lane operations as needed.
Qualifications

What You Bring

Highly motivated, self-starting candidates with excellent relationship, communication, and facilitation skills, interested in fieldwork with minimal supervision. Attributes include:

  • Experience in the aftermarket, preferably retail tire store management.
  • Dealer contact experience is a plus, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
  • Ability to leverage relationships to promote change and analyze dealer financials and operations for improvement.
  • Experience implementing service sales systems and process improvements in aftermarket or retail environments.
  • Ability to establish metrics focused on growth and ROI.
  • Proficiency with PC applications in a Windows environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive tire and service sales, with the ability to train and influence sales personnel and technicians.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
