Job summary

CarMax in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Business Operations Associate who will be the backbone of store operations. You will handle cash, process paperwork for sales, auctions, and appraisals, and support multiple departments with accurate data entry and strong customer service.

You will audit documents, maintain compliance, train new associates, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment while adhering to CarMax EH&S requirements.

Qualifications

• Read, interpret, and record data accurately for compliance and reporting.
• Maintain strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through paperwork processes.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including finance contracts and DMV documents.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with accurate titles and payoffs.
• Handle cash management: receive payments, prepare deposits, and maintain security.
