Sterling Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner to support production planning and customer demand across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will partner with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Client Services to keep forecasts accurate and schedules aligned with capacity and material availability. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and proficient with Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Production Management, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years in industry may substitute for degree.
• Experience in manufacturing, production planning, or demand planning environment preferred.
• ERP and MRP familiarity; Syteline or SAP is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage planning activities for multiple customer accounts, setting production start dates, deadlines, and target quantities.
• Maintain accurate demand and planning data within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials, capacity, and resources meet production needs.
• Analyze production and demand data using Excel and BI tools to inform planning decisions.
• Identify potential capacity constraints and support risk mitigation efforts.
• Lead regular planning meetings with customers to review schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop production plans balancing delivery requirements with costs and capacity.
• Maintain visibility on the production floor to monitor activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.
• Follow company policies related to quality and safety.
