Job summary

Selinsgrove Ford is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team. The right candidate will travel in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls, with ASE certifications preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Valid driver license.
• ASE/Manufacturer certifications - Ford certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
• Service Technician Experience Required.
• Strong use of technological devices including tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Engage with many different customers each day and represent the dealership.
• Daily meetings with Manager, Organize Mobile van and prepare for the day’s appointments.
• Perform vehicle repairs, recalls, and maintenance work as outlined on repair order in a clean and efficient manner.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
• Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order.
• Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training.
• Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions.
• Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly.
