JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Auto Glass has an immediate opening for a Mobile Auto Glass Technician. This role involves performing various duties including, but not limited to, replacing automotive glass according to quality standards, repairing damaged glass, conducting pre- and post-inspections with customers, utilizing tools and scanning equipment, documenting repair orders on a mobile device, and removing/installing trim panels and interior parts without damage. The technician must effectively prioritize and manage their time to complete daily tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.

• Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks.

• Nice to have but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to perform consistent physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
