JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Auto Glass has an immediate opening for a Mobile Auto Glass Technician. This role involves performing various duties such as replacing automotive glass following quality standards, repairing damaged glass, conducting pre- and post-inspections with customers, utilizing tools and scanning equipment, documenting repair orders on a mobile device, and removing and installing trim panels and interior parts without damage. The technician must effectively prioritize and manage daily tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks.
• Nice to have but not required: Previous collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
