Job Title: Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay Range: $25 to $40 flat rate with a guarantee

As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain guest vehicles. You will undergo comprehensive training from day one, preparing you for a successful career. Your role is vital in delivering a 5-star guest experience by ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications
• Obtain guest approval after diagnosis and maintain a clean work environment
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs
• Test drive vehicles and safely use shop tools for inventory pickup
• Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Ability to work overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Maintain Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in A1-A8
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate/degree in automotive technology
