We are seeking a Master Service Technician – Automotive who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and excels in customer service. Bring your mechanical knowledge, technical expertise, and positive attitude to lead our team. The ideal candidate will mentor other technicians, diagnose and perform repairs efficiently, and communicate clearly with customers and service advisors.

Job Responsibilities

1. Determine and discuss vehicle issues, current work, and future needs with customers and service advisors.
2. Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
3. Perform quality inspections, including test drives, of vehicles prior to returning them to customers.
4. Communicate directly with service advisors to inform customers of additional service needs and provide estimates for repairs.
5. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and is competitive with Fortune 500 companies.

Job Requirements

Candidates should be determined, persistent problem solvers with a comprehensive understanding of the latest automotive technologies.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

Operator Driver's License & State Inspection License.
