The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, coupled with a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. Their primary responsibility will be to diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues.
• Accurately document all repairs and services performed on vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues and repair timelines.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, repair techniques, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• ASE Certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with modern automotive technology and tools.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
