Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, seeks a Materials Coordinator for Denver. The role runs Wed-Sat (7AM-6PM) and focuses on receiving, inspecting, and verifying merchandise, plus stock checks and cycle counts.

You will use SAP, Reynolds & Reynolds, Lightspeed, and handheld RF tools to receive into the WMS, perform put-away, picking, packing, and documentation for shipping. Teamwork and basic supply chain skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience or related exposure.
• Experience around technicians.
• Comfort with pallet jacks (forklifts not required).
• Basic supply chain knowledge and ability to build spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and verify merchandise for accuracy.
• Utilize SAP, Reynolds and Reynolds, Lightspeed and handheld RF tools to receive into WMS.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and support physical inventory.
• Pack, repack and label parts during put-away, picking, or shipping.
• Ensure orders/shipping materials include proper delivery docs (BOL, packing slip).
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with safety guidelines.
• Cross-train to learn other warehouse functions and assist production.
• Distribute materials to production workers and respond to stock requests.
• Provide reports and KPI logs as required.
• Operate warehouse ERP, Excel, and related inventory systems.
