Northlake KIA is seeking an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to dealer and factory standards. This fast-paced role emphasizes building customer trust through accurate diagnostics and quality repairs.

We offer top flat-rate hours, a potential pay range of $75,000-$130,000 per year with incentive pay, up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid training, certifications, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician.
• Self-starter and process-driven.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age or older for driving policy.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair to specifications including brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanics.
• Continuously update skills through formal training.
• Keep management informed of mechanical repair issues.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Located atNorthlake KIA, theMaster Technicianisresponsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
