Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Master Technician at Napleton KIA of Carmel to diagnose and repair vehicles per dealer and factory standards. This role supports customer trust and loyalty through expert service and clear communication.

We offer a potential pay range of $75,000-$130,000 with incentive-based pay, top flat-rate hours, training, certifications, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and vehicle discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman/Master Technician is required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including employees and customers, as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Master Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.

Located at Napleton KIA of Carmel, the Master Technician isresponsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.
