Napleton KIA of Carmel in Indianapolis area is seeking an Automotive Master Technician. You will diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, supporting a fast-paced, customer-focused service environment.

The role offers competitive pay, with a potential range of $75,000-$130,000 USD, plus incentives, medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid training, and career advancement opportunities. A minimum of 3 years' Journeyman/Master Technician experience and ASE Master Certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman/Master Technician.
• Self-starter with a process-driven approach.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals (employees/customers) as required.
• Continuously update technical skills in formal training sessions to stay abreast of advancing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
