Northlake KIA in North Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to dealer and factory standards, building customer trust through accurate, cost-effective service. This full-time role offers top flat-rate hours, a potential pay range of $75,000 to $130,000 per year with incentive pay, up to $3,000 sign-on, relocation assistance, paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Self-starter who is process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.

Job Requirements:

• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
