Napleton Nissan in Florida is seeking an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles according to dealer and factory standards. You will build customer trust through accurate diagnostics and reliable repairs.

The role offers top flat-rate hours, a pay range of $40.00-$50.00 per hour, up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus, tool reimbursement, relocation support, paid training and manufacturer certifications, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician.
• Self-starter with a process-driven approach.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brake and hydraulic, exhaust, ignition and electrical systems, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and colleagues as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
