Haley Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Marketing Manager in Richmond, VA. This full-time role leads the internal marketing team, drives day-to-day execution and shapes strategic marketing decisions for multiple dealerships.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with a strong emphasis on brand consistency and ROI analysis. The ideal candidate holds a 4-year degree in Marketing or related field and 5+ years in automotive marketing, including leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years marketing experience in automotive, including leadership/supervision of a team.
• Strong understanding of variable and fixed operations marketing and proficiency with GA4, CRM and CDP platforms, paid search, SEO, Meta Ads Manager, and website platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the internal marketing team's day-to-day execution and ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze marketing data across operations to track ROI and deliver monthly recommendations.
• Direct paid search, SEO, and social media strategies and oversee vendors for results and ROI.
• Oversee dealership websites, inventory feeds, listings, and marketing vendors to optimize lead generation.
