Kunes Auto Group is seeking a creative and customer-oriented Business Development Admin (BDA) to be the face of our dealership online and in person. This role blends social media content creation, inventory marketing, and customer service—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to grow a career in automotive/RV dealership marketing and sales support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
• 1+ year experience as receptionist/administrative assistant or in a customer-facing role (training provided).
• Dealership or automotive/RV industry experience is a bonus.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Comfortable creating social media content (photo/video) and using basic editing tools.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Able to sit at a desk and work on a computer; indoors and outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Content Creation: photograph/video inventory, update listings, create social posts and videos.
• Inventory & Lot Management: conduct sales lot audits, post stock stickers, keep delivery calendar up to date.
• Customer Service & Sales Support: follow-up with customers, send CSI surveys, greet visitors and collect information.
