Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is an entry-level role where you will be an essential part of a team servicing vehicles. Start investing in your career as a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care! Benefits start from day one, including tool program discounts.

Pay Range: $11.52 - $17.28

Responsibilities

1. Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
2. Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
3. Install and maintain tires.
4. Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
5. Road test vehicles to ensure quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver’s license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
