Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, operating as Bridgestone Retail Operations, is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care in the United States. The role offers full-time hours with a pay range of $11.88 to $17.82 per hour and benefits starting from day one.

You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes and maintenance, and handle tire service and related tasks. Abilities to learn and work safely are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
