Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations, part of Bridgestone Americas, is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to service vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. The role offers full and part-time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts and competitive pay.

Pay range is $11.88–$17.82 per hour. We provide training, ASE certification opportunities, and a supportive team environment focused on quality service and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
