Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking an experienced lube technician to join a team focused on customer and staff relationships in Quincy, MA. Weekend hours are required, and state inspection licensing is preferred but not required.

You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, fluid flushes, and multipoint inspections while maintaining shop organization. Benefits include health, dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life insurance, and more.

Responsibilities

Quirk Auto is looking for experienced lube technicians. Come join a new team with a focus on relationships with our customers and our staff as well as the surrounding communities.

Weekend hours required.

State Inspection License preferred but not required

Key Required Proficiencies:

• Perform various tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, replacement of air and in-cabin filters, various fluid flushes, tire replacement, multipoint inspections
• General shop upkeep

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the field preferred but will train the right individual
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers
• Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills

Benefits offered: (Full Time)

Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance. Quirk will provide you with Basic Life Insurance and AD&D policy of $20,000 at no cost to you. All other benefits are optional and will be offered to you at a cost. Paid sick time after 90 days and vacation after 1 year

Part-Time - eligible to participate in Quirks 401k plan after you've reached your waiting period.
