Quirk Auto Dealerships in Quincy, MA is seeking a Service Department Receptionist to greet customers and assist employees in person and by phone. The role reports to the Service Department Manager and requires strong organizational skills.

Receptionist:

The Service Department Receptionist will greet and assist customers and employees in person and via phone. This position reports to the Service Department Manager.

Key Required Proficiencies:

• Filing
• Photocopying
• Scanning
• Answering incoming calls
• Any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
