Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of leadership experience in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or automotive operations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and employee development skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations supporting automotive customer requirements and service expectations.
Manage and develop supervisors, coordinators, drivers, and hourly employees.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer representatives and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor operational performance, staffing levels, safety, attendance, and service-related KPIs.
Drive employee accountability through coaching, training, performance management, and corrective action.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service, and overall operational performance.
