You’ll handle a high volume of warm leads through our CRM—calls, texts, and follow-ups that close—while creating short‑form video content and building your personal brand. This role also involves guiding customers through our in-house financing program and meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Strong presence on social media platforms.
• Create your own social media content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in sales, but not required.
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Work a high volume of warm leads daily through our CRM — calls, texts, and follow-ups that actually close
• Create short-form video content: vehicle walkarounds, customer deliveries, day-in-the-life posts, and promotions
• Build your personal brand on social media — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok — and turn engagement into appointments
• Walk customers through our in-house financing program (no credit check)
• Be on the lot, on camera, and on your game — energy matters here
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Collaborate with your team and management to maximize every opportunity
• Stay coachable — we invest in ongoing training and real career growth - we promote from within
