Holmes Motors is seeking a high-energy Lease Associate at our D'Iberville, MS location. You’ll handle a high volume of warm leads, create engaging social media content, and build a personal brand to convert followers into buyers.

You’ll guide customers through our in-house financing with no credit checks, while meeting daily targets. This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a strong path for growth in a fast-paced auto sales environment.

Qualifications

• Strong presence on social media platforms and ability to create engaging content.

We own our inventory, we finance in-house, and we say YES when everyone else says no. While other dealers are pulling back, we’re expanding — and our D'Iberville, MS store needs hungry Lease Associates to keep up with the growth.

The Opportunity:

This isn’t a sit-around-and-wait-for-UPS kind of job. We give you a massive lead flow AND we want you building your own traffic on social media. You’ll be the face of Holmes Motors on your feeds — creating content, generating buzz, and turning followers into buyers. The Lease Associates who succeed here, treat this like their own business, and their paychecks reflect it.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, HIGH ENERGY and positive motivated individuals to join our team. As a Lease Associate at Holmes Motors in Montgomery, AL, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by providing exceptional customer service and utilizing your STRONG SOCIAL MEDIA presence to engage potential customers. Social Media is a major RESOURCE of this job. Lease or Sales experience is a plus, but it does not have to be in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do Every Day:

• Work a high volume of warm leads daily through our CRM — calls, texts, and follow-ups that actually close
• Create short-form video content: vehicle walkarounds, customer deliveries, day-in-the-life posts, and promotions
• Build your personal brand on social media — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok — and turn engagement into appointments
• Walk customers through our in-house financing program (no credit check)
• Be on the lot, on camera, and on your game — energy matters here
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Collaborate with your team and management to maximize every opportunity
• Stay coachable — we invest in ongoing training and real career growth - we promote from within

What You Get:

• Full Time position
• $35,000 guaranteed base plus uncapped commission. No ceiling on what you can make.
• Work Schedule - 5 days per week (Closed Sunday) 1 day off during the week
