You will close warm leads, build your personal brand, and collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. A guaranteed $35,000 base plus uncapped commissions rewards performance and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build your personal brand on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and convert engagement to appointments.
• Walk customers through our in-house financing program (no credit check).
• Be on the lot and on camera, maintaining high energy and a professional presence.
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Collaborate with team and management to maximize opportunities.
• Stay coachable and engage in ongoing training and career growth.

We own our inventory, we finance in-house, and we say YES when everyone else says no. While other dealers are pulling back, we’re expanding — and our Montgomery, AL store needs hungry Lease Associates to keep up with the growth.

The Opportunity

This isn’t a sit-around-and-wait-for-UPS kind of job. We give you a massive lead flow AND we want you building your own traffic on social media. You’ll be the face of Holmes Motors on your feeds — creating content, generating buzz, and turning followers into buyers. The Lease Associates who succeed here, treat this like their own business, and their paychecks reflect it.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, HIGH ENERGY and positive motivated individuals to join our team. As a Lease Associate at Holmes Motors in Montgomery, AL, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by providing exceptional customer service and utilizing your STRONG SOCIAL MEDIA presence to engage potential customers. Social Media is a major RESOURCE of this job. Lease or Sales experience is a plus, but it does not have to be in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Collaborate with your team and management to maximize every opportunity

What You Get

• Full Time position
• $35,000 guaranteed base plus uncapped commission. No ceiling on what you can make.
