Qualifications
- Experience in APQP and PFMEA within product launches.
- Strong product engineering knowledge applied to quality assurance.
- Proficient with PRTS for issue management across launches.
- Solid supplier quality management, development and auditing.
- Proven root-cause analysis and corrective action capabilities.
- Knowledge of variation reduction techniques and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead APQP activities and develop robust quality control plans for new launches.
- Facilitate PFMEA to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering to translate design into quality targets.
- Manage quality issues using PRTS throughout vehicle launches.
- Mentor cross-functional teams and prepare launch readiness reports.
