Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Repair Order & Billing Specialist to ensure invoices are accurate and processed quickly. You will review, adjust, and enter data in Fullbay and QuickBooks, while collaborating with writers, parts and technicians to keep customer accounts organized.

You’ll implement invoicing improvements to reduce steps and errors, supporting cash flow and collections in a fast-paced shop environment with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ability to review invoices for accuracy (odometer readings, labor times, parts used).
• Adjust mileage, time, and markups per customer preferences.

Responsibilities

• Review every invoice for accuracy: odometer readings, labor times, and parts used.
• Adjust mileage, time, and markups to match each customer’s preferences—training provided by George & Rick.
• Enter and maintain key account data in Fullbay + QuickBooks.
• Find and execute ways to improve how we invoice—fewer steps, fewer errors, faster cash.
• Work closely with Cash Management to help drive on-time payments and strong collections.
• Coordinate with service writers, parts, and technicians to schedule work, order parts, and onboard/organize customer accounts.
