Vaden Automotive in Savannah, GA is seeking an Inventory Administrator to support the Accounting Department. You will help manage wholesale vehicle transactions, maintain inventory records, and coordinate dealer trades to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a background in automotive accounting or strong accounting basics, sharp attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel. Experience with dealership management systems is a plus; a HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Some experience in automotive accounting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in Excel and other office programs.
• Team player with great communication skills.
• Bonus points if you've used dealership management systems (DMS) before.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
