Qualifications

• Active CPA license preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and schedules.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure general ledger accuracy.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Research accounting guidance and propose practical solutions.
• Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with operational leaders for financial insight.
• Assist with special projects, acquisitions, and initiatives.
