Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive accounting knowledge.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, internet applications and ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Complete daily inventory to update sold notices, rollbacks and switches.
• Compile daily exception report to ensure inventory is 100% accounted for.
• Maintain all inventory jackets including MSOs and titles, including weekly inventory of MSOs and titles.
• Review invoice/MSRP/ACV reports and scan missing items into folders the same day.
• Issue floorplan checks from the 3-Day Temporary Registration Report.
• Prepare posting daily fundings and assist with wholesale deals when assigned.
• Provide filing and receptionist duties as needed.
• Transfer jackets & DMV packets to appropriate locations as units move.
• Print stock sheets weekly or as requested by Sales Manager.
• Communicate effectively with other departments via phone and email.
• Provide coverage for other accounting staff when needed.
