Job summary

LHH in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks an Inventory Accounting Clerk to maintain vehicle inventory records and support accounting functions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling large volumes of data with precision.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage high-volume workloads, and strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills. You will collaborate with Title and Licensing teams and participate in process improvements.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with proven accuracy in large data sets.
• Experience in administrative, accounting, or inventory roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain vehicle inventory records with accuracy.
• Process inventory transactions and update systems.
• Support vehicle purchases by completing required paperwork.
• Coordinate with Title and Licensing to ensure correct processing.
• Manage dealer trade transactions and related payments.
• Handle lease buyouts, auction purchases, and acquisitions.
• Audit inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile account balances and multi-account transactions.
• Assist with process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Perform additional accounting duties as needed.
