Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk located at Volkswagen of Sanford to accurately track and update dealer vehicle inventory and perform related accounting tasks. Responsibilities include recording new and used car inventory for two stores, processing title work, posting deposits, wholesales, and warranty credits.

Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Organizational skills with a focus on detail orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Record and enter all new and used car inventory for 2 stores in a timely manner.
• Assist with title books as titles are received.
• Post wholesales for 2 stores.
• Post warranty credits once a week.
• Post daily deposits for 2 stores.
• Post intercompany cross sales monthly for 2 stores.
