Schomp Automotive Group is seeking an Assistant Internet Manager to oversee the Internet department's daily operations and support the Sales team in achieving online sales goals. You will ensure leads are properly processed, tracked in CRM, and followed up with engaging content and videos.

The role requires at least 2 years in automotive sales, a proven ability to exceed internet sales KPIs, and strong leadership plus customer service skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding internet sales KPIs (lead to show, close on shown).
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Internet department.
• Support Sales team to meet daily internet goals.
• Review and follow-up on internet leads with content and videos.
• Manage lead distribution to Sales and track follow-up performance.
• Audit leads and report key metrics to GSM and GM daily.
